The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star will join Jeff Beck in Nashville Oct. 19. NME Magazine reports that Depp will join Beck's US tour.

Depp's defamation trial with Amber Heard dominated headlines this year.

A jury awarded Depp $10.35 million after a seven-week trial in Virginia amid domestic violence and sexual assault allegations. Heard lost the defamation case, but jurors found Depp defamed her through his attorney.

As the jury deliberated, Depp and Beck performed overseas.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, social media videos show Depp rocking out on stage during Beck's concert in Sheffield, England. Videos showed Depp and Beck performing "Isolation"

Depp reportedly wrote two of Beck's 13-track album "18" ballads about the case.

Trackside "Depp sings, "You're sitting there like a dog with a seven-year itch... My dime wouldn't reach you."

Beck and Depp reportedly came up with the album's name.

Beck: "Playing with Johnny ignited our youth and creativity." We joked about feeling 18 again, so that became the album title.

Depp attended Sunday's MTV VMAs as a moon man. Heard's sister called him "disgusting" and "desperate."
