Johnny Depp's Star Witness Mocks, Amber Heard's Fired Lawyer After Courtroom Spat.

The one who laughs last wins. reported that Amber Heard has fired her attorney Elaine Bredehoft after their defamation case against Johnny Depp was a loss, and former TMZ employee Morgan Tremaine couldn't be happier about it.

After getting into a disagreement with Bredehoft during Tremaine's testimony, he saw that she was dismissed from the case, prompting Tremaine to publicly criticize Bredehoft's legal abilities on social media.

Later, he tweeted another jab at her, saying, "My best friend was let go, and the firm that tried and failed to prevent me from testifying was brought in to take her place. Is what I'm thinking correct?"

The tabloid purportedly obtained a video of the Pirates of the Caribbean actor ranting at Heard, and throughout his time there (2015-2017), Tremaine was questioned about the incident. He also revealed that the firm had received several suggestions concerning the actress's whereabouts and personal life, including rumors about possible romantic interests.

When Tremaine testified that the trial was being broadcast live across the world, Bredehoft said, "This earns you your fifteen minutes of fame, doesn't it?"

Continuing, he said "There's absolutely no benefit to me in doing this. I'm putting myself in the line of fire of TMZ, a very litigious organization; I'm not looking for my fifteen minutes of fame, though you're entitled to speculate."
