First show since facial paralysis, Justin Bieber goes shirtless.
After overcoming Ramsay Hunt syndrome, the 'Peaches' singer got right back to work by singing shirtless in Budapest.
After recovering from his bout with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which left the pop sensation with facial paralysis, Justin Bieber once again proved that he is the greatest showman by returning to the stage. On Friday, August 12, the "Sorry" singer performed in Budapest, one of his first shows back on tour after canceling 14 gigs due to the diagnosis. Justin appeared to be in fine shape, since he was shirtless and only wearing a baseball cap and shorts.
Fans all around the world are rooting for the global superstar to make a comeback to the stage, and now his wife, Hailey Bieber, is standing with him. After learning that her husband has the illness, the supermodel posted a message of hope. On Friday, June 10, Hailey shared the video of Justin's diagnosis announcement on her Instagram Stories, captioning it, "I love u sweetie."
The "Sorry" singer spent three minutes of his video explaining why his right side of his face was immobile. "As you can see, my face is paralyzed due to a syndrome called Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which is caused by a virus that destroys the nerves in my ear and my facial nerves," he explained.
Since receiving the diagnosis, Justin has had to postpone another another concert. In the video, he explained why he had to cancel a concert and assured his followers that his health will come first whenever he resumed playing. However, Justin noted that he is practicing facial workouts to aid with his rehabilitation. The symptoms of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, according to the Mayo Clinic, can be transient with treatment, but the "risk of consequences includes irreversible facial muscle paralysis and hearing."
As a follow-up to the video in which he revealed his diagnosis, Justin sent a heartbreaking message on his Instagram Stories: "Been getting progressively difficult to eat which has been extremely stressful, please pray for me." The famous person ended the post with a crying face emoji.
On the third day of the Sziget Festival 2022 in Hungary, the crowd seemed to approve of his performance, so he must have gotten the situation under control. Over a month and a half have passed since he began the first night of his Justice Tour in Buffalo, New York on Saturday, May 14 with a moment of silence for the victims of the gun slaughter that had occurred just hours before at a nearby grocery store.
